Terms of Use

A single payment of ⁦$89⁩ gives one person access to all ten modules of Business Process Optimization for 90 days. It is not a subscription. Nothing recurs and there is nothing to cancel.

Module 1 is free and does not require payment. It is a complete module, not a preview, so you can see exactly what the course is before deciding to buy.

This is the term most likely to surprise someone, so it is stated plainly.

• Your 90 days start the moment your payment succeeds, not when you first open a module.
• When the window closes, the paid modules stop opening. Your answers, your roadmap and any certificate you earned remain in your account.
• The limit is deliberate. This is implementation work, and an open-ended window is the main reason programs like this get bought and never finished.
• If you need more time, email us before or after your window closes. We would rather extend you than have you not finish.

The course, the playbook and the templates are the work of Dr. Ayman Dayekh and remain his and the American Institute of Business & Technology's property. Enrolling buys you a licence to use them, not ownership of them.

You may:

• Use the templates in your own business, including filling them in with your team.
• Print or keep your copy of the playbook and your roadmap.
• Share your certificate and its verification link with anyone.

You may not:

• Share your account or sign-in details. One enrollment is for one person.
• Republish, resell or distribute the playbook, the templates or the module content, in whole or in part.
• Use the materials to run your own training or consulting product.

Your copy of the playbook carries your name on every page. That is not a threat, it is how a leak becomes traceable, and it is why the file is yours to keep rather than locked down.

Completing all ten modules and passing each assessment earns a certificate of completion from the American Institute of Business & Technology. There is nothing to submit and nothing to apply for; it is issued automatically. Each certificate carries an identifier anyone can check on our verification page.

A certificate records that you completed this course. It is not a professional qualification, an accreditation, or a licence to practise anything.

The course teaches a method for finding and fixing operational problems. It cannot promise a particular result in your business, because that depends on work only you can do and on circumstances we know nothing about. Nothing here is legal, financial or tax advice.

We aim to keep the platform available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. If an outage costs you a meaningful part of your access window, tell us and we will extend it.

Payment is handled by Stripe. Enrollment is final and non-refundable, for the reasons set out in full in the Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

Access begins immediately, and you confirm that at checkout. Before paying you tick a box asking for immediate access to the course and accepting that once access begins you lose any right to cancel and be refunded. All ten modules, the playbook and the templates open the moment payment succeeds, which is what makes the sale final: the whole product is delivered at once, with nothing held back to be delivered later.

You can stop using the course at any time and ask us to delete your account, as described in the Privacy Policy.

We may suspend an account that shares credentials or redistributes the materials. Where we do, we will say why, and there is no refund in that situation.

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed, and the terms that apply to your enrollment are the ones published when you paid.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, and any dispute about them will be handled there.

That does not take your local protections away. Nothing here removes any right you have under the consumer protection law of the country you live in, where that law says the right cannot be removed.
